Shipping & Returns policy

Shipping:

  • We ship from Bali, Indonesia.
  • After you add the shopping item to the  shopping basket and enter your address in the checkout process, you will find detailed shipping options and costs before making the purchase process.
  • Most our products are made to order, please allow up to 3 days for shipping.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product has been shipped
  • Bouton Bleu is not responsible for any customs fees. 
  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. 
  • These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
  • Here are some examples (These rates can fluctuate based on specific trade agreements, local regulations, and product-specific considerations)
  • Europe (EU):
    • Customs Duty: Typically around 12% for synthetic fiber shirts.
    • VAT: The standard rate is 20% in most EU countries.

  • United States:

    • Customs Duty: The duty rate for synthetic fiber shirts is generally around 16.8%, though it can vary slightly based on specific product classifications and trade agreements.
    • Sales Tax: Sales tax varies by state and is applied at the point of sale, not at the import stage.

  • Australia:

    • Customs Duty: The duty rate for synthetic fiber shirts is generally around 10%.
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST): The GST rate is 10%, applied to the total value of the goods including customs duty.

  • South America (varies by country, but a general idea):

    • Brazil: Typically around 20% for customs duty, plus Import Tax, ICMS (state VAT), and other potential fees.
    • Argentina: Customs duties are generally around 16%, plus VAT (21%) and additional import taxes.
    • Chile: Customs duty is usually about 6%, plus VAT at 19%.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do guaranteed to work with you until you are 100 % satisfied.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required for returns & exchanges warranty.
  • Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping product back to us. Bouton Bleu will take care of the shipping on the way back to you.
  • All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged or lost in shipping. Please see carrier options.
  • Your account will be fully refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item.
  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 20 days of the delivery confirmation date.  

 Returns must be made in writing directly to our production house, Jalan Kayu Aya No23, Seminyak, Kuta, Badung, 80361 Bali, Indonesia, within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without BOUTON-BLEU prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it at boutonbleushirt@gmail.com. If an item is faulty on our behalf BOUTON BLEU will cover the cost of shipping back to us.
